The details in these documents will be used to create the challan hence it's important that the documents are correct. At any point if your document is deemed incorrect or unreadable, you will be notified about it and you will be asked to re-upload a clearer document. If your home loan executive has a document which you don't have, you can ask him to upload them on your behalf using the option on the next page

Terms and Conditions

We basically mean to say

  • 1. We are helping you to complete the process which is made mandatory by the Government.
  • 2. Your application will be processed in 2 stages, first is e-Challan creation and the second is PMAY submission which will be carried out after your disbursement.
  • 3. After challan is generated, it will be sent to your respective Branch Head for further disbursement process. You can view a protected version of your challan here in which your GRN number and Bank Reference number won't be displayed. After PMAY process you will receive the defaced copy of this challan alongwith PMAY Receipt / Index 2.
  • 4. Once e-Challan is generated will not be cancelled.

PMAY Affidavit process Terms & Conditions

  • 2. I am aware that I have to submit clear copy of AADHAR Card in which my AADHAR Number is clearly visible. I am aware that it is my responsibility to submit all required documents to Legal Solutions.
  • 3. I am aware that Legal Solutions will only be creating my affidavit for PMAY. Legal Solutions is in no way responsible for getting approval for my PMAY subsidy. I am aware that the subsidy is granted by the government only.
  • 4. I am aware that the Assessment ID will be provided to me by the government and not by Legal Solutions. I will not follow up with Legal Solutions regarding the Assessment ID.
  • 5. I am aware that services of Legal Solutions include only creation of PMAY affidavit and submission of PMAY affidavit at the branch. Once I receive confirmation from Legal Solution of the submission of PMAY affidavit at the branch, I will have to take follow up from HDFC branch and not Legal Solutions.
  • 6. I am aware that after submitting my required documents to Legal Solutions, Legal Solutions will require up to 15 days for creation and submission of the affidavit.
  • 7. I am aware that the amount of PMAY subsidy that I may receive and when I will receive the subsidy will be completely decided by the government. I will not follow up with Legal Solutions regarding the amount and the duration of the PMAY subsidy.
  • 8. I am aware that it is my responsibility to submit 2 photographs with my project site and upload this photo on www.legalsnoi.com with my registration.

  • २. मला ठाऊक आहे की आधार कार्डची स्पष्ट प्रत मला सादर करावी लागेल ज्यात माझा आधार नंबर संपुर्ण व स्पष्टपणे दिसत आहे. मला याची जाणीव आहे की सर्व आवश्यक कागदपत्रे Legal Solutions देणे ही माझी जबाबदारी आहे.
  • ३. मला माहित आहे की Legal Solutions केवळ PMAY साठी माझे प्रतिज्ञापत्र तयार करतील. माझ्या PMAY अनुदानास मान्यता मिळण्यासाठी Legal Solutions कोणत्याही प्रकारे जबाबदार नाहीत. मला माहिती आहे की अनुदान फक्त सरकार कडून मला दिले जाईल.
  • ४. मला माहिती आहे की Assessment ID मला Legal Solutions द्वारे नव्हे तर सरकारद्वारे प्रदान केला जाईल. मी Assessment ID संबंधित Legal Solutions चा पाठपुरावा करणार नाही.
  • ५. मला माहिती आहे की Legal Solutions च्या सेवेमध्ये केवळ PMAY प्रतिज्ञापत्र तयार करणे आणि शाखेत PMAY प्रतिज्ञापत्र सादर करणे समाविष्ट आहे. एकदा शाखेत PMAY प्रतिज्ञापत्र सादर केल्याची मला सूचना मिळाल्यानंतर मला Legal Solutions नव्हे तर एचडीएफसी शाखेतून पाठपुरावा करावा लागेल.
  • ६. मला माहित आहे की माझे आवश्यक आणि संपुर्ण कागदपत्र Legal Solutions कडे जमा केल्यानंतर, प्रतिज्ञापत्र तयार करण्यासाठी आणि सादर करण्यासाठी Legal Solutions ला १५ दिवसांची आवश्यकता असेल.
  • ७. मला माहित आहे की PMAY अनुदानाची किती रक्कम मला मिळू शकते ते आणि केव्हा पर्यंत मला अनुदान मिळेल हे सरकार वर अवलंबून आहे. मी PMAY अनुदानाची रक्कम आणि कालावधी संबंधित Legal Solutions चा पाठपुरावा करणार नाही.
  • ८. गृहप्रकल्प समोरील दोन फोटो मी www.legalsnoi.com ह्या website वर स्वत:ला Login करून upload करून देईन.
