We basically mean to say

  • 1. We are helping you to complete the process which is made mandatory by the Government.
  • 2. Your application will be processed in 2 stages, first is e-Challan creation and the second is NOI submission which will be carried out after your disbursement.
  • 3. After challan is generated, it will be sent to your respective Branch Head for further disbursement process. You can view a protected version of your challan here in which your GRN number and Bank Reference number won't be displayed. After NOI process you will receive the defaced copy of this challan alongwith NOI Receipt / Index 2.
  • 4. Once e-Challan is generated it cannot be cancelled. If for some reason due to which you are not taking disbursement or any other reason, you have to complete the refund process on your own. Legal Solutions can only guide you regarding the process of getting your refund from the government.
  • 5. The refund for an e-Challan can be obtained only within 6 months of the e-Challan creation. And the refund request must be submitted before 15-20 days of the 6 month period.
  • 6. The e-Challan once generated has to be used within 4 months of its generation. Hence your disbursement must take place before 4 months of e-Challan creation. Or else you will have to re-create another challan and pay its fees again.
  • 7. In case your application is not complete or the uploaded documents are not clear then our executive will contact you.
